Nominations for the Quality in Care awards 2024 closed in October. We received a record number of nominations across all 10 categories. A huge thankyou to all the people that sent in a nomination for either an organisation or individual. All the nominees have received a certificate to recognise this.
Since then, our judging panels have been busy with the difficult task of shortlisting, selecting the finalists and agreeing the winners. They heard some wonderful, and often moving, stories about why the nominations had been made.
We are now contacting the finalists to give them the good news and to invite them to a civic reception and awards ceremony which will be held on the 31st January 2025 where the winners will be announced by the Lord Mayor.
